Lionsgate has brought online a new restricted trailer for director Matthew Vaughn’s Kick-Ass, starring Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson, Lyndsy Fonseca, Mark Strong, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Chloe Moretz.

The film, opening April 16, tells the story of average teenager Dave Lizewski (Johnson), a comic-book fanboy who decides to take his obsession as inspiration to become a real-life superhero. As any good superhero would, he chooses a new name — Kick-Ass — assembles a suit and mask to wear, and gets to work fighting crime. There’s only one problem standing in his way: Kick-Ass has absolutely no superpowers.

His life is forever changed as he inspires a subculture of copy cats, is hunted by assorted violent and unpleasant characters, and meets up with a pair of crazed vigilantes, including an 11-year-old sword-wielding dynamo, Hit Girl (Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Cage).

Overture Films has debuted a new Red Band clip from director Breck Eisner’s remake of George A. Romero’s classic The Crazies, hitting theaters on February 26. Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Danielle Panabaker and Joe Anderson star as four friends who find themselves trapped in their hometown. You can watch the clip using the player below.

Paramount Pictures has released the new trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender, coming to theaters on July 2. Based on Nickelodeon’s animated TV series, the live-action adaptation stars Noah Ringer, Nicola Peltz, Jackson Rathbone, Dev Patel, Jessica Jade Andres, Aasif Mandvi, Shaun Toub, Cliff Curtis and Keong Sim.

Based on the DC Comics title, the film centers upon the members of an elite U.S. Special Forces unit sent into the Bolivian jungle on a search and destroy mission. Chloe centers on a married woman (Moore) who hires a prostitute (Seyfried) to find out whether her husband (Neeson) is cheating on her. The prostitute, however, cons her about the nature of her husband’s fidelity, a move that puts the family in jeopardy.

A new trailer for DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon has come online and can be watched using the player below.
