Guy Ritchie To Direct Lobo

Warner Bros. Pictures has set Guy Ritchie to direct Lobo, a live action adaptation of the DC Comics title about an alien interstellar bounty hunter. Don Payne wrote the most recent script draft, and Joel Silver, Akiva Goldsman and Andrew Rona will produce. Production on Lobo begins early next year. The studio is aiming for a PG-13 rating.

Fox is Rebooting Fantastic Four

Fox has announced that they're moving forward on rebooting the Fantastic Four franchise that director Tim Story ruined twice already. Screenwriter and producer Akiva Goldsman has been hired to oversee the reboot as producer. The studio has also hired Michael Green, a co-executive producer to write the new screenplay.
